Working hours of "Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres to change as of March 1
Given the fact that during the period from October 2013 till February 2014 customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" processed more than 170,000 applications to "Riga resident’s card" and the numbers of new customers have now stabilised and are steady, from March 1 the working hours of "Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres will be as follows: 9.00 – 19.00 on workdays, 10.00 – 16.00 on Saturdays. The customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1 is open also on Sundays: 10.00-16.00. The working hours of the customer service centre at Brīvības Street 49/53 are as follows: 8.00 – 19.00 on workdays, 10.00 – 15.00 on Saturdays. The temporary customer service centres opened in co-operation with house management company "Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks" and executive boards of Riga city will be closed as of March 1, 2014.
"Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres offer a full range of services. Here you can fill in applications for in and receive "Riga resident’s cards", "Pupil’s e-card" and all types of e-tickets, register the status of a passenger entitled to fare discounts, buy tickets, as well as solve different issues related with e-tickets.
"Rīgas satiksme" reminds that its customer service centres are located at Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru 1, Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137.
